Welcome to St Anns Primary School

St. Ann’s Primary School is a large multi-cultural school in the centre of Rotherham. We benefit from a rich diverse mix of nationalities, customs and religions which ensures that our children are fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from each other. This benefits the children by preparing them to live in a modern multicultural society.

We believe in developing the whole child so that they acquire skills and values that will equip them to function effectively as global, national and local citizens. We do this whilst promoting an extremely positive ethos across school, to ensure that our children receive the best possible experiences each and every day.

Our School Vision

“St Ann’s School is full of learning, laughter and friendship. We serve a culturally diverse community and we will ensure all children and families feel safe and equally valued. We will empower children to live peacefully, protect the environment and respect each other. We will strive to help all children reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point. We will celebrate success and give them the skills  to be independent lifelong learners.”

This vision is structured through our core values:

To promote RESPECT in everything we do… in school, Rotherham and beyond.
